Apartmany Brno

We stayed in a lovely apartment in a calm neighborhood, just a 20, minute walk from the old town. the location was quiet and peaceful, and we were able to explore downtown easily. the room was clean and comfortable, with a well, equipped kitchen. the staff was helpful and the check, in process was simple. We also received useful information about road works before our arrival, which was very considerate.

The courtyard, although nice, amplified the noise in the morning, which could be a problem for light sleepers.

The place was quiet, spent 2 quiet nights here. It was magnificent close to the city centre...

Good value for the room 🏨, but the breakfast could definitely be improved. The hostess was very helpful and really made a difference.

Mind-blowing location with nearby transport links; walkable to city centre or a few trams stops. Super cosy and warm room, with a comfy bed. Jaw-droppingly clean throughout. Fantastic and accommodating host. Free wi-fi, electric kettle, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a budget-friendly stay near the centre. No pets allowed, no smoking on site. Hiking and board games available. Cots for families.

The apartman is close to the city center, within walking distance. Additionally, it is not far from the railway station, making it convenient for transportation.

The biggest issue for us was the noise from the people living in the neighborhood, especially at night.

The hotel could benefit from improving soundproofing, as noise from the courtyard and other guests could be heard at times.

During my recent stay at Apartmany, I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment. Although there was a slight stinky smell upon arrival, it quickly dissipated after airing out the space. The staff at the apartment was friendly and even saved a parking spot for us, a great help considering the limited parking in the city. The basic amenities provided in the apartment were sufficient for our one-night stay, and the location was ideal, with just a short Uber ride to the city center.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment. the bed was comfortable and there was heating for chilly weather. the owner was very nice and there was a dedicated smoking area outside. the apartment had wifi and a small kitchen with all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the folder with useful information provided by the hostess.

We felt lucky and had no complaints at all.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky when I first arrived, and the area surrounding the hotel was under construction, with holes in the road and mud everywhere. there was some noise from other guests slamming doors.
